Cole T. Evans invented the formula for CONFADENT Gum & Mints while attending the Business School at Trinity University in San Antonio, TX.

While attending Trinity, Cole majored in Business Entrepreneurship and participated in several top entrepreneurship competitions throughout the U.S. including Cupid’s Cup, which aired live in front of billionaire shark judges and was hosted by Under Armour’s Founder & CEO, Kevin Plank. Cole and his brand, CONFADENT Gum, were victorious at Cupid’s Cup – beating out over 600 other start-up businesses from around the United Stated. Cole was awarded a cash investment into CONFADENT and was presented with the esteemed “Kevin Plank’s Cupid’s Cup Entrepreneur of the Year."

In his time away from the office, Cole enjoys traveling the country playing competitive golf, poker, back country skiing and fly fishing.

Brian C. Blum graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Sports Management.

As a young professional, Brian has held a variety of positions. After completing an internship with Congressman Joaquin Castro, he moved on to working for the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs Organization. While attending school, Brian was also enrolled in Northwestern Mutual’s nationally acclaimed Financial Advisor Internship program, in addition to competing for the Trinity Tigers NCAA Basketball Team.

Outside of the office, Brian is an avid Houston sports fan who enjoys playing basketball, skiing and traveling when possible.

Justin T. Brasel graduated from Creighton University’s Heider College of Business with a major in Marketing, and specialization in Strategic Communications.

Justin is the founder of NextWave Development Group LLC, a marketing and business development consulting company in Denver, CO that specializes in helping emerging companies make that next big splash in the market. NextWave strives to eliminate companies’ desire to compete, but rather inspire companies to disrupt and dominate the industry.

In his time away from the office, Justin is a huge sports fan that enjoys attending the local Broncos, Nuggets, and Rockies sporting events.

Sanjeev Javia has been formulating nutrition products for over 18 years, including developing entire lines of supplement products from sports performance to various disease management states. Over 52 products are credited to his name in exclusive formulation and over 80 he has co-formulated or been on the formulation team.

His client list includes some of the top athletes in the world: Super Bowl MVP’s, Stanley Cup Champions, World Series Hall of Famers, and Olympic Medalists.

Sanjeev is also the founder/CEO of Javia Wellness Group (JWG), a firm specializing in the development, formulation, research, and developing marketing & sales strategies for dietary supplements.

He has lived and worked in both Asia and Europe, and has held global P&L responsibility for three Fortune 500 companies.

Steve Huppert assumed the Vice President & COO positions with Warneke Paper Box Company in 2011 and has since taken the company to record highs. A seasoned veteran of the paper box industry for 25+ years, Steve is adept at achieving sales goals efficiently and maximizing his company's productivity.

Robert Perry is the Managing Partner at Comi Investments. He has previously worked at businesses ranging from startups to a fortune 500 companies. At Comi Investments, Robert is responsible for business development and acquisitions. He attended the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business and graduated in 2007.

Dan Shimensky enters his 11th season with the Denver Nuggets and his fourth as Head Athletic Trainer. In addition to the various duties Dan has as a Head Athletic Trainer, he is also responsible for the team’s travel. Dan has also twice been honored with the position of Head Athletic Trainer for USA Basketball's FIBA World Championship teams, capturing gold medals in 2009 and 2011.

A two-time gold medalist, James had an illustrious 19-year professional career. James started his career with an impressive run with the NHL's Chicago Blackhawks. Following a couple of successful stints with the Anaheim Ducks and New York Islanders, James signed a 6-year contract with the Columbus Blue Jackets in 2011. Now retired, James has several successful business ventures as an investor and in selling private jets to high net worth clients.
